The Tamper Evident Plastic Closure has been specially developed for,750ml, 375 and 180 ml bottles keeping in mind the need felt by liquor industry. We have developed two type of closures one is 5 parts closure ie, body tube, over cap, inner cap, washer & valve, these parts are molded separately and machine assembled. Before assembly the body tube is artistically printed with the name and logo of the product. The tamper evident ring is on the inner cap which goes inside the top cap and then press fitted on the body tube. The cap top is either embossed or pad printed with crest and all statutory requirements.

The mould required for manufacturing these caps are complicated with high precision. The decoration machines are unique in terms of high speed printing with good registration effects. The multinationals are permitted to bottle their products in India with other brands of the traditional Indian producers. Their primary market is to substitute the already existing huge market of smuggled foreign / duplicated liquors and to cater to the demand of the market for superior brands in terms of quality.

There are many producers of screw aluminum tops abroad and in India. The illegal production of Tamper Proof closures is less probable because it is expensive and technologically capacious.

The dosage closures today are being used all over the world. The usage of the closures is growing due to the market expansion. In the bars of Eastern Europe South-Eastern Asia, in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy and some parts in India it is prohibited to pour alcohol drinks out of bottles not supplied with dosage devices.

We manufacture many kinds of Closures 58.48mm* 30mm diameter (Five Part Closure), 46.42mm * 30mm diameter (Five Parts Closure) consist of five elements: Body Tube with splitter, Over cap, Inner cap, a Washer, a valve. If the bottle is turned upside down, the valve will move from the splitter with holes through which the liquid would pour out of the bottle. If, vice versa, the bottle is put on the bottom, the valve will return to its position and block the holes of the splitter, preventing the bottle from the second filling.
